$1,400.00 security deposit

Any applicant will be subjected to a background check and must provide 3 months of pay stubs confirming income of atleast 3x rent. This will be a 12 month lease with a 1 month security deposit if applicant has a clean rental history. If not a 2 month security deposit will be considered.
